Chili Mac - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomato bits
1 (15 oz.) can kidney or chili beans
2 c. elbow macaroni or spiral macaroni, cooked
Preparation

In a skillet brown onion and ground beef in the oil.
Drain off the fat.
Stir in salt and chili powder.
Stir in tomato bits, beans and macaroni (cooked beforehand).
Put into casserole dish and put into a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
