Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) cans Mexicorn
1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook rice on package instructions. Add margarine. Stir until melted. Add corn, soup and cheese. Top with additional cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 or more. Freezes well.
