Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
16 cream filled sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all ingredients, except cookies, for 2 minutes.
Add coarsely chopped cookies to mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes on rack. Frost with Cool Whip.
Garnish with cookies (as you wish).
