Rice Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    1 1/2 c. rice
    2 (12 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 c. chopped celery, pepper and onion
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry sausage until brown; drain well.
    Place meat and chopped vegetables in 3-quart baking dish.
    Add rice, broth and mushrooms; mix well.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until liquid is completely absorbed.
    Stir occasionally.
