Passover Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2 1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. potato flour
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Gradually beat in sugar and flour; fold in coconut.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet; bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
