Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. chopped apples
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Mix dry ingredients. Add 1 cup of apples to oil mixture and beat.
    Add flour mixture. Fold in remaining apples, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
