Chocolate Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. applesauce
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat together sugar and margarine.
    Beat in applesauce, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly blended.
    Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Pour into a greased 9-cup Bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until cake tester inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool slightly and dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
    Serves 12.
