Cornbread - cooking recipe

8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 can creamed corn
1 small box Jiffy muffin mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; add muffin mix last (just before baking). Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
