Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 biscuits (day old)
    1 egg
    1 large Georgia apple, peeled and cored
    1 c. milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. coconut
    1/4 to 1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in food processor and pour into 8-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
