Lonnie'S Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) graham cracker pie crust
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. powdered sugar (optional)
    apple slice and mint sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brush pie crust with egg white.
    Bake for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Spoon pie filling into crust. In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
    Stir in pecans.
    Sprinkle evenly over pie filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Cool slightly on wire rack.
    (Sprinkle top with powdered sugar, if desired.)
    Garnish with apple slices and mint sprigs.
