Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Roquefort or sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
    1/4 lb. creamed cheese
    2 Tbsp. brandy or dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. minced parsley or 1/4 c. minced olives
    3/4 c. crushed walnuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together until very smooth.
    Shape into 2 long rolls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Combine parsley or chives with nuts.
    Roll the cheese in mixture and chill until fairly firm.
    Serve in slices with crisp unsalted crackers. (Freezes well.)
