Buttermilk Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Fill 16 tart shells and bake for 40 or 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    Very Good!
