Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small flour tortillas, buttered
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped and drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chiles
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Butter pie plate.
    Line with buttered tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch extended up.
    Sprinkle onion, tomato and chiles in bottom of dish.
    Beat eggs.
    Mix with flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add milk.
    Fold in cheese and pour over pie dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Garnish with sliced avocado, if desired.
    Serves 4.
