Potato Filling Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stems celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. butter
    8 c. soft bread cubes
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. parsley
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and
    shape
    into
    balls with an ice cream scoop.
    Put balls into\ta buttered casserole and may pour more butter over top of\teach
    ball.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Using real butter makes them so delicious!!
