Cornbread Upside-Down Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground meat, bell pepper and onion and drain.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Turn into casserole dish and top with Cornbread Mixture.
