Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare)
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 pkg. white chocolate instant pudding
    1/4 c. water
    4 tsp. instant coffee
    1 (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
    4 Heath bars, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare brownies according to directions. Cool completely. Whisk pudding mix into milk until mixture begins to thicken. Dissolve coffee granules in warm water. Add to pudding mixture, mixing well. Fold in whipped topping. Cut brownies into squares. Chop Heath bars. Layer 1/3 of the brownies on bottom of bowl. Top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture and then top with 1/3 of chopped Heath bars. Repeat layers 2 more times. Chill 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with Cool Whip and grated chocolate, if desired.
