Oyster Dressing With Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    3 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1 c. parsley
    French bread
    2 jars oysters
    shallots (optional)
Preparation
    Soak about 6-inches of bread in oyster juice. Cook meat and onions down in covered pan until grease is out (about 1 hour). Add parsley and oysters.
