Stuffed Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 (1 1/2 lb. each) ready-to-cook Cornish game hens
Preparation
    Cook rice, using package directions; cool.
    Add remaining ingredients, except Cornish hens.
    Toss lightly to mix.
    Salt inside of Cornish hens and stuff with rice mixture.
    Roast at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (roast loosely covered for 30 minutes, then 60 minutes, uncovered) or until done.
    If desired, occasionally baste with melted butter or glaze the last hour.
