Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 crushed beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. cooked lasagne noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and garlic.
Drain fat.
Add tomatoes (cut up), tomato sauce, bouillon cube (crushed), parsley, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and basil.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt and oregano.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, put layer of noodles, sauce, cheese and cottage cheese mixture.
Repeat.
Save sauce for top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
