Aunt Lucy'S Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until bubbly.
Add sugar that has been sifted 5 times.
Beat until stiff.
Add water.
Sift flour and baking powder together 5 times.
Add to egg mixture, folding in slowly.
Add vanilla.
Bake in large tube pan as for white angel food.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Reduce heat after 20 minutes.
