1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
8 or 9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until softened in mixer bowl; beat in sugar. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
Fold in coconut, Cool Whip and extract.
Freeze until firm.
