Dutch Baby Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 large eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    confectioners sugar
    slices of fruit or berries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Melt butter in pan (large frypan). In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk, eggs and salt. Stir until combined. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes until edges have risen and are golden brown and center is set. Remove from oven and dust with confectioners sugar. Serve with fresh fruit/berries. Serves 6.
