Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt
    pepper
    4 medium squash, sliced
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in a large skillet; drain off excess fat. In bowl, combine ground beef, green pepper, onion, tomato, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Place this in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add squash and 1/2 of cheese.
    Pour cream of mushroom soup over squash.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake until squash is done.
