Spicy Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (15.5 oz.) cans hominy
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. picante sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in 12 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Do not drain hominy.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until all liquid has been cooked out.
