Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1 c. warm milk
    2/3 c. Crisco oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Add milk gradually until yeast is dissolved. Add sugar, shortening and eggs.
    Beat.
    Add
    flour
    and salt gradually to mixture until you can knead
    the
    dough.
    Let
    stand in a warm place to rise double
    in
    size.
    Roll
    out to 1/4-inch; spread with melted oleo.
    Sprinkle
    with
    brown
    sugar,
    cinnamon and ground nuts.
    Roll and cut.
    Let rise until light.\tBake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
