Aunt Mary Ann'S Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. ice water
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and sugar; cut in Crisco with a pastry blender.
    Combine ice water, vinegar and egg; beat well.
    Add liquids to flour mixture, 1 to 2 tablespoons at a time.
    Knead slightly.
    Form into 4 equal balls.
    Freezes well if not all used at once.
    Bake according to directions for pie filling being used.
