El Paso Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 lb. cubed ham
1 1/2 lb. wide noodles
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. flour
2 qt. milk
Preparation

Cook noodles and drain. Put noodles and ham in casserole dish. Mix butter, flour and milk in separate bowl. Add cheese to mixture, then pour over noodles and ham. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
