Steak And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak or similar
1 pkg. Oriental vegetables
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce
Preparation

Cut steak into thin strips and cook in oil until done.
Keep strips covered while cooking.
Dissolve beef cubes in boiling water.
Add beef water to cooked strips.
Add soy sauce and spices.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Serve over rice.
