Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine
potatoes,
sugar,
eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup butter and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Mix brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and pecans together and sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
