Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
2 egg whites
8 soft, large marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil sugar, water and cream of tartar until syrup spins.
Stir in marshmallows.
Beat egg whites stiff.
Pour hot syrup slowly over egg whites.
Beat well and add vanilla.
