Ruth'S Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    3 medium potatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 c. sauteed onions
    1/2 c. sauteed bell peppers
Preparation
    Cut sausage into bite size pieces.
    Place in a large skillet; add water just to cover sausage.
    Let simmer until all water is cooked out, then brown and drain grease.
    Add Ro-Tel and 1 cup of water.
    Add all other ingredients; let cook until potatoes are tender.
    Serve over rice.
