Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    2 eggs beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. softened shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    8 to 8 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
Put yeast in bowl with warm water, and stir until dissolved. Add shortening, sugar, eggs,
6 c. of the flour and salt.
Stir and beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the
    remaining 2 - 2 1/2 c. flour, and kneed. This makes a soft dough.
Cover tightly and place in refrigerator overnight, or up to 2 - 3 days.
Punch down and pinch off, however much is needed.
Make walnut size balls, and place onto greased cookie sheet.
Let double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen rolls.
