Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    With a blender or fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
    In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.
    Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all is moistened.
    With hands, mold dough into a ball.
    Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling. Dough can be left in refrigerator for 3 days, or frozen until ready to use.
    Makes about 4 (9-inch) crusts.
