Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with fork until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into ball.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until well chilled, overnight.
May garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
May be frozen.
