Meat Balls With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. each: garlic, salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Put broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix beef, 1 tablespoon of onions, carrot, salt, garlic, pepper and seasoned salt.
    Shape into 16 small balls; put on broccoli.
    Mix remaining onions and rest of ingredients.
    Pour over and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
