Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can pineapple slices, drained
maraschino cherries
pecan halves
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt margarine over
low heat in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle brown sugar over butter.
Arrange pineapple slices in bottom
of
pan.
Decorate
with
cherries
and
pecan halves. Prepare
cake
mix
according to package directions; pour over pineapple.
Bake
in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Invert pan
immediately
after taking from oven; let set a few minutes before removing pan.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
