East Turkey Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices cooked turkey or 2 c. cut-up cooked turkey
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
    6 slices process American or Cheddar cheese (about 6 oz.)
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange turkey in an ungreased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch dish.
    Top with hot broccoli; cover with cheese. Stir together milk and soup; pour over cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
