Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cold potatoes, boiled and sliced
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Make a sauce of all ingredients except potatoes; pour over potatoes and stir slightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves 10.
