Mandarin Chinese Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, boned, skinned and cut in strips
    2 c. broccoli flowerets and stem slices
    2 onions in wedges
    2 carrots in julienne strips
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 yellow squash, cut in strips
    1 zucchini, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Heat corn oil and stir-fry chicken with garlic powder to taste; remove.
    Stir-fry broccoli, onion and other veggies for 2 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Stir sauce over mix in pan and stir as it comes to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Serve with rice or Chinese noodles.
