Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato
    1/8 tsp. salt
    vanilla
    powdered sugar
    milk chocolate
    ground nuts or coconut
Preparation
    Boil potato and mash real well.
    Add salt.
    When cool, add vanilla or any other flavoring you wish.
    Add enough powdered sugar to make a stiff dough.
    Knead; put into bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator 1 hour.
    Shape into small balls.
    Dip in melted chocolate and roll in ground nuts or coconut.
