Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook potatoes and mash. Add all ingredients and mix with mixer. Pour into casserole dish; sprinkle with topping.
