Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. Quaker oats (instant or regular)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, sugars and pudding.
Mix in large bowl.
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then oats.
Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2-inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
