Sausage Roll Or Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil and stir.
    Add salt and 3 cups flour.
    Mix into stiff dough.
    Turn out on flat surface with remaining flour.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, using more flour, if needed.
    Place in oiled bowl, cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 2 hours.
