Iowa Pork Chop Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced or garlic salt to taste
ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Marinate chops 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
Brown over hot coals 2 to 4 minutes each side.
Stand chops up on backbone and grill covered for 14 minutes.
