Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken breasts, boned or skinned
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic juice
Preparation
    Mix last 6 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Cover with clear wrap and marinate at least 1 hour in refrigerator, but no more than 3 hours.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes if boned or 1 hour if whole.
    Serve leftover liquid over cooked rice.
