Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    2 small carrots
    3 small potatoes
    1 onion
    1 pkg. frozen green peas
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in 1 teaspoon margarine.
    Season with salt and pepper as you brown meat.
    Remove meat and place in a baking dish with potatoes, carrots, green peas and onion which are cut up. Use drippings from browned meat and make gravy.
    Put 1 teaspoon flour in a cup of cold water and pour into drippings (bouillon cubes may be added for additional flavor).
    Simmer until thick. Pour over ingredients in baking dish until completely covered. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
