Mary'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
pastry for 10-inch pie shell or ready-made pie crust
3 eggs
1 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 1/4 c. L.M.U.M.W. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat eggs and salt until lemon colored. Add sugar and fold in syrup and melted butter a little at a time. Pour into pie shell.
Arrange pecan halves on top with broken side down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
