Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tiny new potatoes (about 20)
1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil or thyme
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

In saucepan, boil unpeeled potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain.
Add basil, chives, lemon juice, oil and pepper to taste.
Mix lightly.
Serve.
