Spinach, Rice And Bell Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown or white rice, cooled
    1 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips (about 2/3 c.)
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips (about 2/3 c.)
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. shelled sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. prepared light oil vinaigrette dressing
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine all ingredients.
    Toss lightly.
    Cover. Refrigerate until serving time.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
