Country Pork And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs country-style pork ribs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 T oil
    1-14 oz can sauerkraut, undrained
    1 c applesauce
    2 T brown sugar
    2 t caraway seeds
    1 t garlic powder
    1/2 t black pepper
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, cook ribs and onion in oil until ribs are slightly browned and onion is tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours or until ribs are fork tender.
    Serves 4.
